It’s a good base for me to use. I didn’t exactly follow the entire recipe, as I searched for something like this and it was the closest to what I had in mind. I didn’t have an onion (oh no!) and I added a can of fire roasted tomatoes. I also used black beans because that’s what I had. Served it over jasmine butttered rice. Thank you for the base recipe!
