Preheat the oven to broil.
Prepare your baking sheet by lightly spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the chicken thighs to a large stainless steel bowl.
Drizzle the thighs with the olive oil, and add the seasonings.
Rub the olive oil and seasonings into the chicken until evenly coated.
Place the thighs in a single layer on the baking sheet without crowding them. Place the pan in the oven on the second rack down from the broiler.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until it registers 165°F on an instant thermometer. Once the chicken thighs have cooled, transfer them to a covered container and store them in the refrigerator.
