- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon powdered monkfruit
- Small pinch of sea salt
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl.
Using a fork, slowly mix until the ingredients are combined.
Once the dry ingredients are worked in, continue mixing with a whisk.
Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness.
Serve this immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes if you prefer it chilled.
