15 Minute Cherry Tomato Onion Salad Recipe
A simple tomato and onion salad that showcases gorgeous, ripe cherry tomatoes, perfect for summer BBQs and outdoor dinner parties!

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
For The Salad
Using a mandolin, slice the red onion very thin.
Add the sliced onions to the Dressing and stir well.
Slice the larger cherry tomatoes in half, and leave the smaller ones whole.
Add the tomatoes to the dressing along with the onions.
Stir well, taste, and add salt and Pepper to your liking.
Enjoy immediately or let it hang out at room temperature for 30 minutes to let the flavors come together.
