Chicken Dip Recipe
My high-protein chicken dip recipe takes about 15 minutes to prepare. It’s creamy, smoky, flavorful, and loaded with protein!

- 1 cup chopped chicken breast
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fire-roasted salsa
- 1-2 scallions, thinly sliced
Add all of the ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl.
Stir well and microwave for 30 seconds on high.
Repeat the above step until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted.
Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
Enjoy immediately with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies!
