Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fire-roasted salsa
  • 1-2 scallions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir well and microwave for 30 seconds on high.
  • Repeat the above step until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted.
  • Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
  • Enjoy immediately with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies!
