- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds or 1 teaspoon ground fennel
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil dried
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
