Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered monkfruit
  • Small pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl.
  • Using a fork, slowly mix until the ingredients are combined.
  • Start slow so the dry ingredients don't go everywhere.
  • Once the dry ingredients are worked in, continue mixing with a whisk.
  • Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust.
  • Add more pumpkin, spices, vanilla, and sweetness to your liking.
  • Serve this immediately or place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes if you prefer it chilled.
