- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp ghee or butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Core and dice the apples.
Place a medium-sized non-stick pan on the stove.
Turn the heat on to medium-high.
Add the apples, butter, salt, and cinnamon to the pan.
When you hear the apples start to sizzle, turn the heat down to medium-low.
Constantly stir to incorporate the butter and cinnamon.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the apples are cooked to your desired tenderness.
Transfer the apples to a bowl to stop the cooking and enjoy!
