This yogurt parfait recipe checks all the boxes with sweet cinnamon apples, crunchy granola, and creamy vanilla yogurt. It’s simple and delicious, and the perfect fall treat!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Skyr or Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 cup high-fiber granola
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Start by making the cooked apples. You can find the recipe in the note section below.
  • While the apples are cooling, prepare the base.
  • Add the yogurt and protein powder to a bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  • To assemble the yogurt parfait.
  • In a small serving jar, add some of the yogurt base, then the apples, granola, and more of the yogurt base.
  • To garnish the top add more apples, granola, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
