Gather all of the ingredients.
Add the yogurt, protein powder, and fiber to a bowl.
Whisk until smooth and set aside.
Dice your apple, leaving the peel on or not.
When the apple is diced, it’s time to assemble the yogurt parfait.
Add 1/3 of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of your glass.
Next, add 1/3 of the apples, a pinch of cinnamon, and a tiny pinch of salt.
Repeat that process two or three times, depending on how many layers you prefer.
