Pepe by Josรฉ Andrรฉs is located atDisney Springs on the West Side and is open for lunch and dinner. View the Pepe by Josรฉ Andrรฉs Menu.
I’m starting with the Pepito de Ternera at Pepe by Josรฉ Andrรฉs. This is the sandwich I have not stopped thinking about. It begins with Pan de Cristal (also known as “glass bread”), a thin, airy, chewy bread with a light, crispy crust. The filling is shaved ribeye steak with caramelized onions, cheese, roasted green peppers, and a mayonnaise mustard sauce. It’s decadent, well-balanced, and an absolute flavor bomb. If you add any sandwich on this list to your Disney must-try list, this should be it!
Ronto Morning Wrap at Ronto Roasters – $12.99

Ronto Roasters is located at Hollywood Studios in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and is open for breakfast and lunch. View the Ronto Roasters Menu.
The breakfast wrap at Ronto Roasters is unique, flavorful, and a great way to start the day. The pita bread is soft and tender, stuffed with an egg patty, a generous-sized sausage link, and an excessive amount of cheese. Fluffy, tender egg, savory sausage with a good snap, and the same creamy peppercorn sauce was a total flavor bomb. The cheese is just meh, and I may even ask for them to leave it off next time!
Ronto Wrap at Ronto Roasters – $13.99

Ronto Roasters is located at Hollywood Studios in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and is open for breakfast and lunch. View the Ronto Roasters Menu.
As delicious as the breakfast version is, the lunch version of the Ronto Wrap is even better! I’m a sucker for slaw on a sandwich. It adds flavor and crunch, helping cut through the fattiness of the sausage. Again, we’re starting with warm, chewy pita bread, then filling it with a tangy slaw, grilled pork sausage, and the same peppercorn sauce served on the breakfast version. This is savory, flavorful, and filling!
Holiday Turkey at Earl of Sandwich -$9.49

Earl of Sandwich is located in the Marketplace at Disney Springs and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. View the Earl of Sandwich Menu.
If we’re talking about the best food in Disney World, most would agree that the Holiday Turkey sandwich deserves mention. It tastes like Thanksgiving leftovers but better. All of the sandwiches at Earl’s start with their famous bread, which is soft and fluffy with a tender crust. The filling includes roasted turkey, cornbread stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and mayonnaise. It’s savory, saucy, and delicious. A side of tomato soup is a must!
Cuban Sandwich at Backlot Express – $12.99

Backlot Express is located at Hollywood Studios in Echo Lake and is open for breakfast and lunch. View theย Backlot Express Menu.
If you love a good Cuban sandwich like me, you’ll appreciate that they’re having a moment at Disney World. We saw them on numerous menus. This was very good, and although there was a little too much cheese, I would order it again. The pork was tender, smoky, and plentiful, with just the right amount of ham, pickle, and Dijon. It comes with plantain chips, which are a nice change from the standard Disney chips served everywhere else.

I was so excited to try this sandwich, and it didn’t disappoint. The beef was tender and flavorful with the perfect amount of barbecue sauce. It’s grilled with both cheddar and Monterey Jack on sourdough bread. Chewy beef, crispy bread, and gooey cheese – what’s not to love?! This was in January, so we chose tomato soup for dipping.
Breakfast Cuban at Spyglass Grill – $9.49

Spyglass Grill is located at Caribbean Beach Resort in the Trinidad pool area and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. View the Spyglass Grill Menu.
The breakfast Cuban at Spyglass Grill was a pleasant surprise on the last day of our trip. The sandwich consists of slow-roasted pork, ham, eggs, and Swiss cheese, grilled on what appeared to be ciabatta, served with breakfast potatoes, for $8.99. It was well-balanced, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, and a fantastic value. The same sandwich is served on the lunch and dinner menu, minus the egg.
Turkey and Brie Croissant at Amorette’s Patisserie – $13.50

Amorette’s Patisserie is located at Disney Springs in the Town Center and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. View the Amorette’s Patisserie Menu.
As soon as I saw the new croissant sandwiches at Amorette’s, I couldn’t wait to try them! The sandwich starts with a croissant bun, which was tender, flaky, and not dry at all. We chose the roasted turkey breast with brie, pepper bacon, arugula, spiced walnuts, and garlic-herb cheese spread. It was delicious and well-balanced, and while the walnuts may seem like an odd choice, they just work, adding crunch and a touch of earthiness. Highly recommend! My only note is that I would have liked more garlic-herb spread and would ask for that next time.
