We’re sharing the best Disney World snacks across the parks, Disney Springs, and the resorts! Be sure to save these for your next trip!
Our last trip to Disney was in January 2024, and we are still thinking about the food we ate six months later. Food is one of the best parts of any vacation, and this trip did not disappoint. We had some of the best food we’ve ever had. So, let’s dive right into the best Disney World snacks!
While we love a good table service meal, we focused on quick-service meals and snacks on our last trip. Eating this way allows you to graze and try much more throughout the day. You also don’t have to worry about making and getting to a dining reservation. The portions at Disney can be huge, so this is also a great way to prevent food waste and save money. Speaking of saving money, we just posted our favorite quick-service meals for less than $10 and a comprehensive post sharing the cheapest way to visit Disney World, so be sure to check those out!
Best Disney World Snacks, 2024 Edition
Typically, most of my posts are about saving money, but not everything we eat is cheap. It’s nice to treat yourself. For example, adult beverages can give you sticker shock at Disney World, but you’ll often find us hanging out in Mexico, sipping a $20 margarita, enjoying the views, and people-watching. It’s vacation, after all.
The same goes for food. Some of our favorite snacks are not budget-friendly, but they’re absolutely delicious and worth going out of your way for. These are in no particular order, and prices range from $2.75 to $22. For the purpose of this post, price and portion don’t matter. These are simply the best snacks we ate and can’t wait to have again!
Affogato Espresso Gelato $12.75
Gelateria Toscana
- Location: Epcot > Italy Pavillion
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- Gelateria Toscana Menu
I must start with the Affogato Espresso Gelato because it’s my all-time favorite snack at Walt Disney World! It begins with Italian espresso, and then they add vanilla gelato, which is a classic affogato. Then, to add some Disney magic, they top it with two little amaretto cookies to mimic Mickey’s ears. For someone who doesn’t love sweets, I love how the bitter espresso balances out the sweet gelato. This is a perfect pick-me-up on a hot day when you don’t want a cup of coffee. Ask me how many times we’ve hopped over to Epcot so I can get another affogato!
Chicken Dumplings With Ponzu $6.99
Mr. Kamal’s
- Location: Animal Kingdom > Asia
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- Mr. Kamal’s Menu (no official menu posted)
These dumplings are gloriously crispy without being greasy and filled with a tender, flavorful chicken filling. The Ponzi sauce that comes with them is tangy and bright without being overly sweet. You’ll want to slam-dunk your dumplings in it. This is one of our favorite little savory snacks at Animal Kingdom!
Honey Pistachio Croissant $4.49
Tamu Tamu Refreshments
- Location: Animal Kingdom > Africa
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Tamu Tamu Refreshments Menu
The honey pistachio croissant at Tamu Tamu was another pleasant surprise on this trip. The croissant itself is buttery and flaky. Then, they drizzle it with honey and top it with toasted pistachios. I love the texture of the pistachios, and the honey adds the perfect sweetness. I often get it for breakfast with an African coffee to start my day, but it would be a delicious snack any time!
Indian-style Bread Service $22.00
Sanaa Lounge
- Location: Animal Kingdom Lodge > Kidani Village
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- Sanaa Lounge Menu
I’ve raved about the Indian-style bread service at Sanaa Lounge for years! It’s available at Sanaa, but many guests don’t know you can also get it at the lounge, where you don’t need a reservation. The bread service includes five different Indian-style breads plus nine accompaniments. It’s a relaxed and fun way to eat, and we thoroughly enjoy trying all the different flavor combinations. You can share it between two or four people, making it one of the best Disney World snacks (or appetizers), in our opinion 🙂
Pro tip: Sanaa is now a quick-service restaurant at breakfast. Read our full review of the Kuamsha Breakfast here.
Wookiee Cookie $6.79
Backlot Express
- Location: Hollywood Studios > Echo Lake
- Dining Plan? Yes
- Mobile Ordering? Yes
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- Backlot Express Menu
My husband has a huge sweet tooth and loves the Wookiee Cookie at Backlot Express. First of all, this thing is humongous. A few people could easily share this as a snack. The oatmeal cookie is chewy without being overly sweet and filled with a vanilla cream frosting that’s smooth and not gritty like some frosting can be. The garnish is milk chocolate and made to look like Chewbacca’s sash. I enjoyed the cookie-to-frosting ratio because it wasn’t overly sweet, but my sweet-loving husband wished there was more frosting. Either way, this is a snack we look forward to every trip, and at just $10.00, it’s a fantastic value!

Churros With Dipping Sauces $10.00
Nomad Lounge
- Location: Animal Kingdom > Discovery Island
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- Nomad Lounge Menu
You wouldn’t expect to find one of the best Disney World snacks in a lounge, but that’s where many of our favorites are. It’s no secret among Disney regulars that the churros at Nomad Lounge are the best on Disney property. They are light and fluffy on the inside, with the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar coating the outside. They’re delightfully crispy and screaming to be dunked into one of the dipping sauces they come with. On this trip, we received vanilla crema and a seasonal sauce, which was chili-strawberry. Both were absolutely delicious! Nomad Lounge is a hidden gem and one of our favorite places to hang out.
Pro tip. These are also available gluten-free upon request.
Bavarian Pretzel $10.00
BaseLine Tap House
- Location: Hollywood Studios > Grand Avenue
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- BaseLine Tap House Menu
Since relaxation is the goal on every Disney trip, we have a few favorite spots to take a break, and Baseline Taphouse at Hollywood Studios is one of them. The Bavarian pretzel with beer, cheese, and mustard is a must for us every trip. The pretzel is well-known for being one of the best on the property. The beer cheese fondue is a flavor bomb, and who doesn’t love some good mustard with their pretzel? Grab a couple of beers and a pretzel, and relax for a while!
Pro tip. The California cheese and charcuterie is another favorite here. At just $13.00, it’s a fantastic value. Order both the pretzel and the charcuterie to share as a light meal and thank me later!
Smoked Paprika Chips $9.00
Dahlia Lounge
- Location: Coronado Springs Resort > Gran Destino > 16th Floor
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Dinner
- Dahlia Lounge Menu
I could write a whole post on my love for Dahlia Lounge. It’s located on the 16th floor of the Gran Destino Tower at the Coronado Springs resort. The lounge is STUNNING, with even more stunning views from the outdoor balcony. Everything we’ve tried is amazing, which is why this place deserves a whole blog post, but the smoked paprika chips have my heart. They’re freshly cooked with the perfect seasoning and served with a paprika dipping sauce. So good! A trip here is one of our favorite ways to end our day!
Pro tip. I’m an Old-Fashioned girl, and Dahlia Lounge also makes a solid old-fashioned. If you have one you love on Disney property, please let me know in the comments, and I’ll try it on our next trip!
Half Baguette $2.75
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
- Location: Epcot > Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
- Dining Plan? Yes
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie Menu
The half-baguette at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France pavilion at Epcot is easily one of the best snacks at Disney World and the cheapest. In the photo above, I had just torn a piece off, but you get an entire half-baguette for $2.75, and a whole baguette (which is huge) is only $3.95. I’ll be honest, as someone who doesn’t love bread, I only tried this because I had heard what a good value it was. WOW! I was not prepared for how much I loved it. If I could imagine what eating a fresh baguette in France would feel like, this is as close as I’ll ever get. They will give you salted butter and jam upon request, and you should definitely request it!

Handcrafted Cheese and Charcuterie $18.00
Geyser Point Bar & Grill
- Location: Wilderness Lodge > Outside
- Dining Plan? Yes
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- Geyser Point Bar & Grill Menu
Geyser Point is a vibe, and we’re here for it. It’s located along the waterfront at Wilderness Lodge, with gorgeous views of Bay Lake. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu but keep returning for the charcuterie. For just $18, you get a nice selection of charcuterie, cheese, fruit, olives, and bread. It’s enough for two people, but we’ve shared it amongst four many times as a pre-dinner snack. We love ending a busy park day here with good drinks, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere!
Pro tip. When you’re done at Geyser Point, Wilderness Lodge has beautiful walking trails along the water. We like to go late in the day, hang out at Geyser Point, and then stroll the property along the water as the sun goes down.
Made-To-Order Artisan S’mores $8.50
The Ganachery
- Location: Disney Springs > The Landing
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- The Ganachery Menu
The artisan s’mores at The Ganachery aren’t just any s’mores. They’re special and must be on our best Disney World snacks list! After you place your order, you can walk over to the glass windows and watch a chocolate artisan handcraft your s’more. It’s fun for adults and kids alike. The cinnamon sugar graham crackers are made in-house and softer than you’re used to. They add a layer of chocolate ganache to the bottom graham cracker and use a torch to melt it. Next, a large marshmallow square is placed on top of the ganache and torched. Lastly, a ganache slice is placed on the marshmallow, torched, and topped with the second graham cracker. Then, a Mickey is dusted on top with powdered sugar. It’s almost too cute to eat, but you’ll want to eat it – quickly – because it’s melty, messy, and delish!
Maple Popcorn $6.50
Canada Popcorn Cart
- Location: Epcot > Canada
- Dining Plan? No
- Mobile Ordering? No
- Open: Lunch and Dinner
- Canada Popcorn Cart
Did you even go to Disney if you didn’t get popcorn?? Shannon and I love popcorn, but the popcorn at Disney never blew us away until we tried the maple popcorn in the Canada pavilion. You can find this at the cart/kiosk in front of the La Cellier restaurant gardens. The popcorn was fresh and crisp and had just the right amount of maple flavor. If you like maple and a sweet and salty combination, you’ll love this. At $6.50, it’s a fun little snack that kids and adults can enjoy. We paired ours with the Ottawa Apple, which was delish but will sneak up on you!
Best Disney World Snacks, Honorable Mentions
I could write several posts about our favorite snacks at Disney World. I tried to narrow it down to our favorites from our last trip in January 2024, but I couldn’t end without mentioning a few others, some of which we’ve already discussed on the blog.
Trilo Bites in DinoLand U.S.A. at Animal Kingdom
- Buffalo Chicken Chips $9.79: House-made chips served with buffalo chicken and blue cheese dressing topped with tomato and celery relish.
These were such a pleasant surprise! My husband and I aren’t usually fans of Buffalo, but we will get these repeatedly. I loved the relish on top. You can read more about them here. Trilo-Bites Menu
Casey’s Corner on Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom
- Chipotle Barbecue Loaded Fries $7.79: Topped with pulled pork, slaw, and chipotle barbecue sauce.
We loved the combination of flavors and textures in this dish. The salty, crispy fries, savory barbecue pork, and fresh, crisp coleslaw were delicious! You can read more about these here. Casey’s Corner Menu
Karamell-Küche in World Showcase at EPCOT
- Dark Chocolate Caramel with Sea Salt $4.49
If you have a sweet tooth, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu at Karamell-Küche! My favorite is the dark chocolate caramel with sea salt. The dark chocolate balances out the sweetness of the caramel, and I love the sea salt on top. Karamell-Küche (no posted menu)
Adventureland Spring Roll Cart in Magic Kingdom
- Cheeseburger Spring Rolls $9.50: Choose from two seasonal spring rolls, including sauces. The choice of two can include one of each or two of one flavor.
These spring rolls have a cult following for a reason. They taste like a cheeseburger wrapped in a light, crispy spring roll wrapper. They come with a dipping sauce that tastes like burger sauce that you’ll want to slam dunk them in! The seasonal spring roll rotates. The day we were there, it was a pizza flavor.
Sunshine Seasons in World Nature at EPCOT
- Turtle Brownie $5.29: Rich chocolate brownie with chocolate frosting, pecans, caramel and a chocolate drizzle.
If you love nuts in your desserts, you will absolutely love this! The brownie is fudgy and gooey, and then they top it with a caramel pecan sauce. It’s messy and delicious, and it’s a perfect afternoon pick-me-up with a black cup of coffee to balance out the sweetness! Sunshine Seasons Menu
